FINO LEMON OR PRIMOFIORI
A pale yellow lemon variety that is oval and sphere-shaped. The pulp has a high juice yield and high acidity level with an average number of seeds. Its smooth and thin peel makes it easy to identify.
The Fino Lemon can withstand up to two months after harvesting by storing it in a cool and dry place, keeping intact its qualities.

A lemon variety lager in size, intense yellow with elongated shape and pointed ends. The peel is much more thick, rough and irregular. Its pulp is soft and its juice has a low acidity level.
This lemon is the most consumed in Europe, its main producers are Spain and Italy.
